Magnesium is the mineral your body leans on to unwind, and long, full days use it up. Release puts it straight onto your skin: no tablets, no powders, just a few sprays and warm hands on your stomach, feet, legs or anywhere that needs a little love before bed. And in return, a deeper sleep.
Inside every bottle is true magnesium oil, called oil for its strength. Equal parts pure magnesium chloride and water, a 1:1 blend that's richer than most, so a little goes a long way. The magnesium itself comes from an ancient inland lake on the Tibetan Plateau, dried naturally by the sun.

Liquid gold, in a mist. Rose water, steam-distilled from spray-free damask roses grown here in New Zealand. Then a little extra love: precious Rose de Mai, the rose of May. It takes armfuls of petals to make a single drop, and every bottle holds a few, just for you.

I know what it’s like to carry it all.
For years I worked in roles where the pressure was always on. Then I built two businesses in six months. I know the late nights, the full head, the exhaustion and the feeling that everyone still needs you.
What brought me back each time were small moments of care. A pause. A long breath out. Something kind for my body. Body Support is those moments, made to keep beside you. It sits alongside my work in Renew, because a business runs at its best when the person running it is cared for too.
